100 gr tenderloin beef
4 tbsp Sambal Mbe
Pepper to taste
Boil the beef until tender. Drain the beef and shred it roughly with your hands. (that has been cleaned previously of course :))
Put pan in a medium low heat. Pour 4 tbsp of Sambal Mbe or more according to taste. Mix and saute with the shredded beef. Season with pepper.
Turn of heat. And the Suwir-suwir Daging Sambal Mbe is ready to be consumed with warm rice or fried rice. Simply delish!
